The care of the doctors is superb. The level of care available is second to none in the area. Although I've heard comments about higher prices, in my long-time experience here, I feel the value for the dollar is far more than worth it.
Rather than the check-up appointment I had been expecting, the doctors made the decision (without my consent or knowledge) to pull every single one of her teeth.
I took in my cat for a teeth cleaning about a week ago. I let them know that she was having problems with her teeth and I wanted to know what the damage was and what our options were. They told me they may have to pull a tooth or two depending on the severity, and I agreed.
I dropped her off when they first opened. After not hearing anything for hours, I finally called and they told me she had been done since about half an hour after I dropped her off. I asked about her appointment and they told me that the chart was “far away,” and I should just come in and get her.

Incredible, caring staff and vets. My dogs love Dr. Twigg and Dr. Dawson. So do I. My older dog was in pain and drastically slowing down. After testing and with the right instructions and medications, he is acting like and moving like an 8 year old again! I cannot say enough good things about the techs and office staff as well
Up until this moment the doctors and nurses had been very cordial and kind. But to take all of my four-year-old cats teeth without so much as telling me, and then charging me an extra $360 that I didn’t expect, they have certainly lost my business.
Emmert (my husky) and I absolutely love this place! The vet was very knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer questions (no matter how crazy they were). He was very helpful and gave lots of good advice. The ladies out front were sweet. There was one in particular that we fell in love with. She came up to my dog in the waiting room and just started loving all over him for a good 2 minutes. She called him by name, got in her knees, gave cuddles to Emmert... she was amazing. She has a husky at home named Rocky, and was sweet enough to show me a picture of her beautiful dog. They are so friendly and create a very calm and comfortable environment. ❤️ Emmert has been coming here since he was just a puppy.
